Is buying an account against Riot’s Terms of Service?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Riot’s Terms of Service prohibit transferring, selling or buying accounts, and Riot can suspend or reclaim an account it identifies as sold. Our lifetime warranty covers you against that, but nobody — us included — can make an account immune to Riot enforcement. Buy with that understood.

What’s the difference between the three tiers?

Unranked Smurf and Blue Essence Rich both arrive with fresh MMR and need 10 normal games before ranked unlocks — the difference between them is 40,000 versus 90,000 Blue Essence. Ranked Ready has already played those normals, so you can queue immediately, but it comes with whatever winrate it earned getting there.

Why would I want fresh MMR over Ranked Ready?

Fresh MMR means the account has no hidden rating history, so your placements are decided by how you actually play. Ranked Ready saves you ten games but inherits a random winrate, which can drag your starting placement either way.

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Credentials are released by Stripe’s payment webhook, so they appear on the receipt page within seconds of the card clearing. A copy also goes to the email you check out with.

What should I change first?

Accepted Answer

The password, then the recovery email. Do those two things before your first game. Every account ships with an unverified email so both changes are yours to make.

Can I change the account’s region later?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Riot sells region transfers in the store, and none of our accounts have a pending transfer cooldown. Buying on the shard you want is still cheaper.

Why is Korea so much more expensive?

KR sign-ups need identity verification, so those accounts are hand-sourced rather than created in bulk. JP is region-locked for the same reason, which is why both sit above NA and EUW.

Question 8

Do you take crypto or PayPal?

Accepted Answer

Stripe only, for now. That covers card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. Stripe holds the card data — we never receive it.

Question 9

What happens if I open a chargeback?

Accepted Answer

The account is locked immediately and the order is closed. If something is wrong with your purchase, message support first — a replacement takes minutes and a chargeback takes weeks.
